CLIFTON H. MORRIS, JR. has been Chairman of the Board since 1988. He served as Chairman and CEO from 1988 to 2000 and from 2003 to
2005. Mr. Morris also served as President of the Company from 1988 until 1996. Prior to 1988, he was Chief
Financial Officer of Cash America International, Inc. Mr. Morris also held senior financial positions with
Service Corporation International and previously owned a public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public
Accountant.

DANIEL E. BERCE has been President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2005, and he serves on the Board of Directors.
Previously, he served as the company’s President from 2003 to 2005, and he was Chief Financial Officer from
1990 to 2003. Prior to joining AmeriCredit, he was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand for 14 years and was a
partner with the firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

KYLE BIRCH has been Executive Vice President of Dealer Services at AmeriCredit since May 2003. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Dealer Services from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Birch joined AmeriCredit in 1997 as part of the Strategic Alliances group, where he established our National Credit Center and helped build our company’s dealer group alliance relationships. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the FDIC for 12 years. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

STEVEN P. BOWMAN has been Executive Vice President and Chief Credit and Risk Officer since January 2005. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer from 2000 to 2005. He served as Senior Vice President, Risk Management, from 1998 to 2000; Vice President, Risk Management, from 1997 to 1998; and Assistant Vice President, Risk Management, from 1996 to 1997. Prior to joining AmeriCredit Corp., Mr. Bowman held various financial management positions with Bank One and Mellon Bank.

CHRIS A. CHOATE has been Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since January 2005. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the Company from 1999 to 2005. He served as General Counsel and Secretary from 1993 to 1999 after joining AmeriCredit as Assistant General Counsel in 1991. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Choate was with Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue in Dallas, Texas.

JAMES FEHLEISON has been Executive Vice President, Controller, at AmeriCredit since October 2004. He oversees most of the company’s financial departments. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Controller, from 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining AmeriCredit, he was Chief Financial Officer for a Dallas brokerage firm. He has also held senior financial positions at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Fehleison has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services and accounting industries.

J. MICHAEL MAY has been Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at AmeriCredit since January 2006. Previously, he was Vice President Associate Counsel, from 1999 to 2006. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mr. May served as General Counsel and Secretary to public companies in the trucking industry for 19 years. Prior to that time, he was engaged in private law practice.

BRIAN MOCK has been Executive Vice President of Consumer Services at AmeriCredit since 2002. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Operational Services from 2001 to 2002. Prior to joining the company, he served over 14 years in a variety of management positions in sales and marketing, collections, and credit policy at Ford Credit.

SUSAN SHEFFIELD has been Executive Vice President of Structured Finance at AmeriCredit since July 2008. She served as Senior Vice President, Structured Finance, from 2004 to 2008 and Vice President, Structured Finance, from 2003 to 2004. Mrs. Sheffield joined AmeriCredit in 2001 as part of the Investor Relations department. Prior to joining the company, she worked in corporate and commercial banking for 13 years, primarily for JPMorgan and Wells Fargo Bank. Mrs. Sheffield has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
