Justin R. Wheeler - President, Leucadia National Corporation Asset Management Group

JUSTIN R. WHEELER has been a director since March 2008. Mr. Wheeler is president of Leucadia National Corporation's Asset Management Group and is a member of the board of directors of International Assets Holding Corporation. Mr. Wheeler holds bachelor's degrees in Finance and French from the University of Utah and a master's degree in business administration from Brigham Young University.
