Clifton H. Morris, Jr. - Chairman of the Board

CLIFTON H. MORRIS, JR. has been Chairman of the Board since 1988. He served as Chairman and CEO from 1988 to 2000 and from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Morris also served as President of the Company from 1988 until 1996. Prior to 1988, he was Chief Financial Officer of Cash America International, Inc. Mr. Morris also held senior financial positions with Service Corporation International and previously owned a public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
