J. Michael May - Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

J. MICHAEL MAY has been Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at AmeriCredit since January 2005. Previously, he was Vice President Associate Counsel, from 1999 to 2005. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mr. May served as General Counsel and Secretary to public companies in the trucking industry for 19 years. Prior to that time, he was engaged in private law practice.
